We never ask you to pay to a personal M-PESA number. If anyone does, it is not us. Message the number above to check.
The payment rule, in plain words
You pay the full amount when you order. That is what lets us buy your pieces immediately and keep the price fixed. The price you see is the price you pay, nothing more at pickup.
If we cannot deliver your order, you get all your money back to the M-PESA number you paid from. If your order is more than 30 days late, you can cancel it and get a full refund.
Questions people ask before their first order
Do I have to pay everything before I get the stock?
Yes. You pay the full amount on M-PESA when you order. That is what lets us buy your pieces straight away and keep the price fixed. You pay nothing more at pickup.
How do I know the Paybill is really yours?
When you pay, your M-PESA confirmation message shows the name A&K Worldwide Enterprises. The Paybill number is shown at checkout. We never ask you to pay to a personal number, and we never send you a different number on WhatsApp.
Where do I collect?
At our pickup desk in Nairobi CBD. The address and opening hours are on the pickup page and in the SMS we send when your order is ready. Bring your order number and the 4-digit pickup code from your account.
Can you send upcountry?
Yes. Tell us on WhatsApp after you have paid and we hand your parcel to a courier of your choice. The courier fee is paid by you at the station.
What if the goods are not like the photos?
You count and check your pieces at the desk before you leave. If something is wrong, we sort it out there and then: replace it, or refund that piece to your M-PESA.
What happens if my order is late or cannot be delivered?
If we cannot deliver, you get all your money back to the M-PESA number you paid from. If your order is more than 30 days later than the date we gave you, you can cancel and get a full refund.
