Pickup point and delivery
You collect your stock in town and check every piece before you leave. If you are outside Nairobi, we hand your parcel to the courier you choose.

- Your order number (it is in the SMS and in your account)
- The 4-digit pickup code from your account
- A bag or box for your pieces, especially for bigger orders
Someone else can collect for you. Send them with the order number and the pickup code. Whoever has both can collect, so keep the code private.
Check before you leave
Count your pieces and look at them at the desk. If anything is damaged or not as described, we replace it or refund that piece to your M-PESA on the spot. Once the goods leave the desk, they count as accepted.
Upcountry delivery
After you have paid, send us a WhatsApp message on +971 50 236 9167 with the courier or bus company you want and the town. We pack your order and hand it over in Nairobi. You pay the courier fee at their office when you collect.
How long we keep your order
Please collect within 30 days of the SMS that says your order is ready. After 30 days we may charge a storage fee of KSh 50 per day, and we always contact you before that.
